1. Service Scope & Agreements

By scheduling a diagnostic check, purchasing a LiteBoost Certified laptop, or utilizing LiteBoost Windows optimization services, you agree to these Terms of Service. LiteBoost provides performance diagnosis, operating system optimization, and hardware evaluation for compatible Windows PCs.

2. Free Diagnostic Check Policy

Initial diagnostic checks performed online or in-person by LiteBoost Performance Specialists carry zero cost and zero obligation. The generated diagnostic report provides an unbiased recommendation categorized into Path A (Optimize), Path B (Upgrade), Path C (Repair), or Path D (Replace).

3. Customer Backup Responsibilities

While LiteBoost offers optional local offline data migration services, customers are encouraged to maintain independent backups of critical files prior to major hardware or operating system maintenance.

4. 1-Year Performance Support & Warranty

All paid LiteBoost OS optimizations and LiteBoost Certified laptop purchases include 1-Year Performance Support. This covers software configuration tuning, performance verification, and diagnostic re-checks.

5. Limitation of Liability

LiteBoost Systems is not liable for pre-existing physical hardware degradation, liquid damage, or physical storage drive failure occurring prior to or independent of service delivery.
