We believe measurement is proof. If you purchase a LiteBoost Optimization service or a LiteBoost Certified laptop and do not notice a clear, measurable improvement in responsiveness, boot speed, and multitasking efficiency within 30 days, we will refund your service fee in full.
1. Refund Eligibility for Optimization Services
Refunds are valid within 30 calendar days of service completion if:
- The post-optimization performance benchmarks fail to deliver observable speed improvements.
- You are unsatisfied with the operating system responsiveness despite diagnostic verification.
2. Refund Eligibility for LiteBoost Certified Laptops
LiteBoost Certified laptops include a 30-day money-back return window. Returned laptops must be in their original physical condition with all included power adapters and documentation.
